  1. Damn, if only more managers/leadership would just take two minutes to go directly to an individual or department and just say "What do you need? What's the hang up? What's the bottom?" so much more shit would get done.

  2. Gary- I would love to be your media intern for free. I will book podcasts and do whatever else you need your key people to not be worrying about. I'm a recent college grad with no obligations. Please let me know if I could talk to you sometime!

  3. Possibly my favorite video. Your discussion with your IT department and how you fixed the problem with Apple TV/HDMI demonstrated how you address an issue in person and on the spot. Most CEO's would have their assistant or possibly lower level management send out an accusatory email, blaming them for not being on top of the situation. I actually showed my 17 year old daughter as a lesson in leadership.
