I agree, I would love work at Vayner for the culture. From watching the vlogs you can tell how chill & positive everyone is. It also resonated with me that she said she wanted to be a philanthropist growing up. I also want to help people.

actually, I get job offers every once in while, but I love being selfemployed, working on my vision mission, if there is any company in the world I can imagine and love to work it would be Vaynermedia, not only because of Gary, because of all the people there:))) I love what they do and how they do it. Vaynermedia would for sure be a place to grow in any field I can think of:))
I just saw the Glassdoor Reviews. Holy shit they were bad.
The trend is Vayner Media has inexperienced management, inexperienced HR, it's a boys club, and the bullshit ego boys club needs to be ripped out immediately. The biggest concern with having inexperienced and young management who incapable of leading is that they will favor their friends for promotions over people with real talent. Sounds like a sinking ship
