    I was jobless for 6 months when I graduated and I didn't do one shit I was just lazy to do anything … so i think a job is the way for me

RECENTLY FINISHED MY EXAMS, HAD AN OFFER TO WORK AT A COMPANY I ONCE WORKED FOR AS AN INTERN ON MY WORK-RELATED LEARNING, I RECEIVED THE CONTRACT TODAY, WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING ME, IS SOMETHING I CAN MAKE IN A MONTH AT THE COMFORT OF MY HOME AND STILL ENJOYING MY 8-5 FREEDOM. I HAVE ALWAYS SAID I DONT WANNA WORK FOR ANYONE AND IT WS SOMETHING I SAID SINCE I WAS STILL IN SCHOOL AND IT WAS A COOL THANG TO DO. BUT TODAY AM SAYING IT WITH CONFIDENCE AND KNOWLEDGE, I WOULD RATHER STAY AT HOME WHERE WE HAVE ELECTRICITY FROM 10PM TO 5AM AND WORK ON MY OWN THANG, WHILST LEARNING NEW THINGS AND NEW SKILLS. FUCK WORKING FOR SOMEONE, FUCK PUSHING SOMEONE DREAM WHEN I GOT MY OWN DREAM. 2 DAYS BEFORE MY 23RD BIRTHDAY I HAVE A LONG LIFE AHEAD OF ME AND I HAVE A LOT TO ACHIEVE AND THAT WONT BE POSSIBLE WHILST I DO A 8-5 JOB. I GOTTA HUSTLE HUSTLE HUSTLE.

  19. I don't even know if there is a job I would like. Drawing or writing wouldn't pay my bills. Sadly I gave up on that and I still have passion for art and it makes me sad.
    I'm an inter nurse. It used to be my dream but im on my 4 month out of 6 month intership work full time with no salary for now. I lost the love for it trough my intership which turned out to be exausting and draining mentally. Mostly because of colegues.

  21. Currently stuck in a minimum wage job, and I believe in minimum effort. Here hoping I get fired for using my phone and listening to music, and collect unemployment, rather than quitting and having nothing to fall back on (money wise).

  25. I just quit my job that I barely had for a week lol … long story short.. I recently got my class A license and got a job doing deliveries to gas stations .. it was a hard labor job nothing what I expected to be .. I took the job because I needed money .. but then again I'm not staying in a place where is gonna be killing me ..so I quit lol .. there's better jobs out there that'll pay the same amount of money and I won't have to be killing myself at all ..

  28. Can I please hear from those that quit their jobs, failed massively, lost everything, & had to get another job again please? I know they exist. Not everyone quits their job & manages to build their ‘side hustle’ into a successful career.

  32. I think it’s a lot easier to take this advice if you haven’t started a family and have all of the responsibilities that come with that. It’s still doable but at that point, it’s more complicated than simply quitting
