This is why I’m such a big fan of building a business for the long term:

It takes pressure off.

You don’t feel pressure to take “full advantage” of the next economic downturn, or make a million dollars by next year. You’ve got a long time to play.

In this video, I give some in depth advice to business owners on how to set up their business for the future.

  1. I love these 4D sessions but I have one suggestion.
How about placing a microphone in the middle of the table? This would greatly improve the quality, because sometimes it's really hard to understand what the clients are asking/talking about.

  2. Good for you Gary comment on the commercial. Had Today a conversation with my employer. He was saying exact the same thing because asked his advice on my side work. He supports me and he gave the same advice.

  3. THIS IS GOLDEN – GARY PLEASE ALLOW US A SEAT AT THE TABLE & DON'T DO LESS OF THESE JUST BC OF THE VIEWS! Being a witness to these kind of strategic discussions, even though it might not be particularly specific to the biz we're doing, is still an amazing beyond biz school material!! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!! xx

  4. I'm totally IN, what would you say is the simplest way to share this idea with my team of independent Living Benefits insurance reps? I feel like I'm missing something. I'm launching into a $900 Billion opportunity and I'm looking for the right people to support our massive growth and hiring spree but at the end of the day it's their choice if they implement these strategies or not… Any info would be helpful. GARY, If you want more info on my company to help facilitate the answer, I created a youtube page – @UC-xx70izKGfwmMJCHDADTag – I'm getting close, I can just feel it, but I think I'm missing something and true alignment with my new hires and your approach could be it! Thank you for any help you could provide!!!
