Gary provides a commodity that is fleeting fast; Great Common Sense. Refreshing.
Just hype everyday.
Brilliant HR philosophy, power that you get when you own business and lead HR too!
He smashed the nail on the head!! Sadly most HR people have an EQ and IQ below average being glorified admin people.
I appreciate his points, passion and accomplishments and I dont mind odd expletive however think he would be more effective with less profanity given unable to share this forward but WTF right?
Awnsr of the day, well first I had an urge to Google top of mind and fill your white space and it took me down a delightful rabbit hole of branding and design, but the awnser is really just getting my daughter into a place of our own, probably going to take a part time job, put in action but have patience in the long game, I mean you could always hire me lol but I just gotta eat shit if I'm playing for the top
This guy is like Gallagher without the sledgehammer and watermelons.
I'm so conservative ,but the way you communicate is so HONEST!!!!!!!
I have been following you for almost an year but This keynote is by far your best. Every CEO, Every HR, Every CFO must watch this brilliant keynote by Gary Vee to Truely Understand that your people are the really assets and not your product or services. Even your clients come second if you ask me!
I love what you said about how business are CFO driven where as it should be HR driven!
Inspirational as always. Thinking of overhauling my marketing plan altogether now.
It's all about people. Love it!
23:20 I love Gary but he has not "encouraged" people to leave negative reviews on Glassdoor (not for long, anyway). The rating for Vayner was already bad, it almost sounds like he's using that as an excuse for the currently poor rating. There's nothing wrong with leaving a negative anonymous review about a company if said company was a a shitty place to work.
Thumbs up for the dyslexic in the crowd! #muchlove for GaryVee. I have tried to hide my dyslexia until I found you about 2 years ago. Now I use it as a positive not a negative. Thank you so much for all that you do.
I love this subject! I've never heard you before talk this much about it and I would love to learn more about this. Is there any material that I can look into? Talks, books, etc… I'm just starting my first "serious" company and I'm going to need more of this 🙂
#mindblown #thankyou
This was so good, had to blog about it: https://wideangle.com/2017/07/6-truths-gary-vee-brought-hr-tech-world
One of your best talk, loved it. Seeing you talk about HR is just fascinating.
So meaningful! I can't explain how much I love this!
I believe I learnt more about HR from this conference alone than a lot of HR managers in my country do.

Oh man that piece about employees navigating through the political s**t resonated so much. It's the reason I became self employed I couldn't stomach that political nonsense. Thanks Gary for being so upfront and saying what needs to be said
