  1. Hello Garivee! I watch your videos! Very motivational! I look them to stop looking! Remember, you said that you will be happy if someone will do it and stop watching motivational videos. I'm in the middle of the road. By the way, I'm a biology teacher, and give your advice to them. I'm from Kazakhstan (USSR) if you remember)) There's very few people to speak in English, and I translate your advice to them) Just do it !!! These your words give a huge kick in the ass) If you read me need your help it's very easy. I decided to contact you directly. Because you are helping young people. I'm collecting a voice for my sister for the contest. The contest is that who will collect a lot of votes that and won! It is very important for me! Constantly win the stars because they have a lot of subscribers. And I want to win it) If you agree, you can publish the link in your Instagram? The brother just do it) you can vote via Facebook) there will be written in Russian letters ГОЛОСОВАТЬhttp://www.halykbayansulu.kz/user/?id=5266

  2. the sound on this is Hard to Hear … especially girl with white shirt

    >I have done Volunteering for years* And worked for other people

you talk about those who should work for others and those who should go after their own thing

People want to be the next Uber <and anything short of seems like failure

What would you call someone who had a good idea Can be the leader but Doesnt "NEED" to be the next "BIG THING"

    a Successful Shop owner*

  3. My first comment on your channel. Truthfully when I first heard you speak I said to myself "what a foul mouth this guy has" and was turned off. Since then I've listened to a hell of a lot of GaryVee and love everything you say. It's poignant, smart and without frills or BS. Thanks for speaking the truth. Love ya brotha!

  4. How many of you are trying to get an attention by putting a comment here vs. the ones that actually listen to what Gary is trying to say with being true to yourself and spreading kindness? That would be really interesting to know. By the way, it is a very nice video Gary.

  5. I watched you once in 2016, I hated everything about what you were saying. I was laid of early 2017, 3 months before I was having my first son. I knew 1) I didn't want to work for ANYONE ever again 2) I had 8 years of success corporate sales experience 3) I was going to leverage that to start my own business development & sales company. I named the company after my son Aston Jett Companies. I saw VERY early success, landing my FIRST big client. Today 1yr and 4 months into my business and fatherhood, I lost my first client. Not because of anything I did, but because they decided not to renew the contact. I have others, but they are not paying as much as this one. For some reason, I know everything is going to be ok. Opti-FUCKIN-ism period. I cant fret over the loss, I can't point fingers. all I can do is work. I owe this mindset to you. For a 1 year and 4 months straight, I fuckin woke up, went to starbuck, barnes & noble, or a library and put the work in — while listening to Dailyvee and ALL of your content EVERYDAY. Lead mining on the internet for hours, cold calling, developing and scrapping pitches. I wouldn't say you're my idol, but you know what you're talking about and I understand it clearly. I can't lie and say that the loss does not hurt, it does. But one thing's for certain —- I'm going to conquer. Thanks

  6. hi gary vee! please like my comment! thanks for teaching about patience among young people like us who wants everything fast. i guess the key is to be aggressive yet extremely patient in the long run! like a rope pulling from opposite directions! i will fulfil my dream!

  7. That last meeting was great. I'm in community college in alabama right now and just don't know what I want to do. I talked to my mom a little bit about it yesterday, saying it's okay to take my own time figuring it out and working on school, but I still FEEL the pressure to figure it out and finish school. I think I just need to take a few months and do a bunch of different shit. Just try it all

  8. Thank you for all you do. This video hit very close to me as does so much of what you do empathy is a very unique attribute and only those that have it understand it. I didn't know who you were a year ago and now you are an inspiration, someone that has restored my idea of humanity. Thank you, now how can I meet you and learn all I can from you. Lol but really. Keep crushing it. #firstinline

  9. Everyday we are so hard on ourselves creating regrets not learning the way we should because our minds are so clogged up with what about me what about me what about me I'm doing this wrong I'm doing that wrong and you're not you're supposed to learn and grow and take your time so you have no regrets in life because you're learning not failing once you look at life like that everything will be so much more clear I agree with Gary she is too hard on herself we all tend to be because we're program that way Shake It Off right now you will transition into so many different things and your life will have so many more facets every three years every five years every 10 years to grow into who you're supposed to be in succeed at that next level no matter how many levels in your life I love these videos

  10. Cried my eyes out from that last sequence, such amazing advice. You decoded her situation in a second, and delivered life changing advice. She really needed that. Such wisdom : stop contemplating, enjoy, observe, stop beating yourself up is actually great career advice, it will get you where you want
