  1. The Greatest Risk is not taking one or creating one.

This goes for creative types as well- writers, musicians, artists, not just entrepreneurs. People want to connect with other PEOPLE, not some focus tested spokesperson the marketing department came to the conclusions is "the best".

By the time the mainstream learns about something, it's already at its peak or sadly, on the way out.

A lot of under 40 people "get" it, but a lot of the people in charge in government and in business are older than that- they grew up without the Internet and video games. They're more interested in playing it safe, but yet demand higher and higher quarterly earnings.

You're not going to get them without the risk.

They run things like it's 1954 or 1984, not 2014. For a long time, what they learned in management training or business school "just worked".

But, these same people make decisions that have the potential to impact not only themselves, but other people.

Now, it's not really down to age. It's down to comfort level.

  2. Bamm…Awesome!!! This is clearly the difference between a business that will explode with growth into the future and those that are Dinosaurs and soon extinct. Its a matter of choice, I choose to be ahead!
