I own multiple gyms and most people do indeed make fun of those who make New Year's resolutions and start the gym on the 1st… On the other hand in terms of business and a person-to-person relationship if that's the one thing that gets them started and I can help make that lifestyle stick for them I won't hold it against them because from then on that resolution is forgotten and they have a new life that's what's most important
