  1. Wow, Thanks so much for the honesty about how you are! Now, I really see that self-awareness come to live and showcasing your weaknesses.. I have that so often that I love to be doing things, but can get caught up in knowing what's necessary and just doing it. So, I'm in the process of figuring out systems and mechanisms for me to keep myself accountable and in check, until I can actually hire someone that can kick my ass 😀

  2. I think the ''golden era'' on Youtube is already over. The current algorythm on Youtube is not in favor of ''new or small'' Youtubers. In fact, the algorythm is against us, promoting big Youtubers to increase the overall watch time on Youtube, and leaving new/small personal brands with huge disadvantages. Maybe it still works out on other social media, but I think not for Youtube. THUMBS UP IF YOU AGREE!

  3. My question is about service based businesses. I am starting an auto repair business, so how much should I focus on the Brick and Mortar part of repair, and how much should I focus on the social media aspect? I also want to build a community of car lovers. Right now I am running one page for both, should I separate them?

  4. Gary, totally agree with your message on creating a team that pushes you on your weakness.. I would even say it’s true in relationships… make sure your team in life has permission to be on your ass. Regardless of the “reaction”.
