  1. Stick to wine, stay out of mortgages and real estate. You didn’t mention any of the pros to buying a house and further, you compared a home to a lambo as if it’s a status symbol.

How nice for you that gets to be your world view. For the rest of us, we aren’t buying houses to impress our fake friends.

  2. He’s right! Buying a home could be bad use of cash. Leveraging your dollars buy using a mortgage is where the big opportunity is.

However I suspect that Gary never had a mortgage to buy real estate because he didn’t buy his first piece of real estate until his 30s and by then, he probably was having enough success with Wine Library that he could’ve paid cash and never leveraged his cash with a mortgage.

  3. Can I just say. I respected you a lot before.

But to listen to the creator of an annual conference called AGENT 2021, basically say mortgages are stupid. That's some real man stuff right there. I almost unsubscribed so I could subscribe again.

  4. GARYVEE IS THE MANN! I've taken all of Gary's advice, jumped out of my comfort zone and now I'm on target to make a million at 19.I've even just created a youtube channel to follow my progress. My first vlog is going to drop tomorrow.I would love some support/feedback so please hit me a subscribe and check it out. peace.

  5. man you have helped me so much Gary v I really appreciate this free knowledge that you are giving out and a lot of people don't get it and they wont. You still do it and that's what I love about you I wish that one day I could meet you and sit down and have a two min conversation that would be a blessing. Please inform me when you come to Baltimore…

  6. I know you guys are here for Gary stuff but might as well learn how to make money. I just started my Youtube channel where I teach how to make money with affiliate marketing and sales funnels. Show some support please 🙂

  7. Isn’t owning a home an investment cause it’ll go up in value in time? It’s like a savings account with higher interest return for you. I’m I wrong? Someone please explain

  8. I may agree with the fact that sometimes is better not to buy a home and just rent it and that sometimes someone doesnt need to go to the university to do in life what he or she wants and succeed, but that generalisation of you saying that most people souldnt go to the university is just stupid, one can learn many interesting things there (plus to work in some carreers that education is necesary) The fact that you didnt go does not mean that none should go. I dont agree either with that approach to kids, it means that you think you own the truth over your kid in what your kid can or cant do. He can surprise you.
