Awesome Tip: Why the Best Businesses Always Know What People Want Before Anyone Else

One of the greatest strengths a brand can have is the ability to listen to the audience and deliver on their constantly evolving need and wants. In a recent episode of “Marketing for the Now,” Gary Vaynerchuk and Stephanie McMahon had a conversation on how they listen to the audience and how the audience influences the decisions made to turn the WWE into what it is today. Many of you may know of Stephanie McMahon as the Chief Brand Officer of WWE, as well as through her various on-screen appearances. They also discuss ways that all people in business and in life can learn and grow from their mistakes, business during quarantine, and more… Enjoy!

  1. Hi Gary,

I watched this last night and emailed you today. You always bring the value so I sent you a potential deal with big value. Thanks for motivating me to make it this far. Early movers always get the advantage. Happy to share some context for the audience later on how I made it this far so far. Big risk no regrets. Thank you for all you do.

    Sam.

  2. My business makes about $39,000 a year but my expenses of running the business is about $41,000+, and very unstable. My guests keeps telling me to hang in there but it's been about 4 years and I don't want to disappoint them if I shutdown the business and move on since my savings keeps going down. Am I crazy to consider shutting down and moving on? or am I being selfish since I have known them for about 7 years now?

  3. i'm 15 made my first sale a month ago with free marketing strategies
spent all of that money on ads, didn't get any sales! Started selling books on amazon and just sold my first book!
MY BIGGEST MISTAKE THAT I'M TRYING TO BEAT BUT CAN'T IS not being patient! i'm always taking decisions too fast and i'm trying to fix it 🙂
P.S: i'm trying to build multiple streams of income so that if one fails i still have other streams (freelancing, merch, books and dropshipping)

  4. Shoulda asked her about why wrestlers in the wwe are classed as independent contractors but treated like employees. I'm sorry, I like Gary's content and I'm not usually one to write negative comments on YouTube but the way wwe treats it's talent is wrong and don't get me started on 'listening to the audience'……

  5. Thanks , Great video. Best of luck to everyone who is starting a business. I have been building my online business for over 10 years now, and along the way started a couple of other profitable businesses as well. So I went through the process of building an online business multiple times and know how hard it is at the beginning. Especially if it is your very first online business. Good luck to everyone. You can do it! Its a lot of work but the reward is also huge.
