Hey Gary!!! I've gotten 4 promotions in the last 2.5 years and now am a GM of a multi million dollar a year Restaurant and they're talking about promoting me again. My question is should I take it?? The next step puts me on the road 150+ days a year and I'm slotted to get married in 2 months. My ambitious side says take it and grind and shoot for the next spot but my hesitation comes from a sense of wanting to be a phenomenal husband too. Can I balance that and still make it happen?? What type of impact does your work have on your relationships?
