In today's world, we need more this type of sharing with facts, research, interaction rather than over the top of exaggeration. There are just too much information, and I am so happy that Gary has invited the author of the book "how to lead" (note: I am also surprise as Gary about this title is available for a book publish).

They recognize the lucky and know not too brilliant on themselves. They are willing to share credit, motivate others and have humility.
