Alright, colour me confused. There are elements of this video that I agree with 110% others not so much. My confusion is though that I see clips of him essentially saying that you wont go far without 15 hours of work a day. And now with this one he says stay true to yourself. For most people attempting both of those at the same time will lead to failure. So has he had a change of heart recently or trying to give the message to different demographics? What's the deal?
