Gary had an interesting week for episode 7. He kicked it off by hanging out with rapper Lil Yachty at the studio in Atlanta where they got into some real talk around happiness and money. He then flew back to New York on president’s day to share his hot takes on some of the big players in business right now. We also get to see him touring an abandoned school real estate property for a side project he is working on.   2. It would be nice to see more of the 'business' side of VaynerMedia. A nice example is the series of Design Agency 'The Futur' where they filmed everything they did for a client from step A tot Z: intake meeting to final result. That would be fantastic to see.

  12. I've had to run a lot of business meetings. Watching Gary @ 28:01 and seeing how he speaks to his team really motivates me. He's real with them, talks responsibilities, pay bumps, opportunities, and the future of the company. He doesn't hide anything like a lot of leaders I've met throughout my career.

SUGGESTION :: You have a Schedule… Show your schedule for the day – and when it is with a client that you can't talk about – Cover it with a post-it that says PRIVATE Client Meeting – If it is for a Brainstorming session that is Business Sensitive – show … Vanner – Business Sensitive Meeting — If it is for a speaking engagement – Show, Speaking Engagement to X in Chicago – – – Do that as the in between of each day to show what is happening over the seek, and show that you START and STOP .. .show your time at a Garage Sale.. On the Plane… (shrug) or not – because you are too busy…

  28. I don't think we even realize how lucky we are to have this kind of mentorship from Gary V for FREE, like a CONSTANT STREAM of mentorship and guidance. But we brush it off and go back to doubting everything. That's how deep the negative programming is. Time to bust out of it.
