  1. 4/443 – Content Team using Trello to manage the posts – Spending any free time to answer the comments on youtube ; Set aside time to chat with each of the employees to get their vision of what they want ; Show the social media handle of everyone speaks in each episode ; Announcing book sales package for setting up speaking events; Delegating a team to structure pre-writing your content for you – "Chicago! Who wants it?" Call to action about speaking tour.

  2. I am from South Africa and after 2 years of playing around with Facebook ads and i have managed to get the costs down to what seems like nothing per engagement when I convert my currency to Dollars. I would be really interested if some of you would connect with me and we share some stats and insights with each other.

PS Gary think many of us can relate to hating wasting of time. most valuable thing we have 😉

  3. My favorite part about this video is the passionate hatred Gary has for wasted time, combined with the fact that he didn't dwell on it and let it ruin his day. Instead, he got on to the next thing and restarted the momentum. This is something I really needed today!

  4. Loved this episode Gary! Using all the Daily Vee's as my personal entrepreneur night school. What I picked up from this episode: Be intuitive about the timing of things and then triple down on engagement. Cash in all the chips, pull other people in, and get your inner circle on the boat.

Heard you say these words to one of your employees: "I'm super impressed by you. I really like the work you do. And I'd like for us to know each other better." That would be the best damn day of anyone's career! I just posted those words on my bulletin board for inspiration. Thank you!
