  1. Yesterday when I was very tired and due to the way my adult son is, I ended up walking way farther then I wanted to. I felt exhausted so I got very stressed out and got myself into the most terrible mood ever. This type of thing is a big time happiness killer. Anyhow like what you were saying, a person has to think about what they have. Pondering what you don't have might get you depressed.

  2. Go outside and have some fun…..the happiest and healthiest people I know have fun doing outdoor hobbies like: hiking, skiing, walking, running, biking, fishing, boating, hunting, camping, surfing, beaching, gardening, horseback riding, kite flying, bird watching or just sitting and reading in a lounge chair. The list is really endless.

  3. Absolute truth! I start each day with a list of things I'm grateful for, followed by a list of my accomplishments & a list of daily goals! Always have an attitude of gratitude! if you focus too much on what others have that you don't have, you will never be happy! Be grateful! it could be a lot worse!
