  1. Hi, I have a question… I’m 16, I am very passionate about proper animal care, especially horses, and the barn where I am at now are not allowing me to follow my passion. I have an opportunity to move to a different barn, however I will have to leave a horse that I have fell in love with and really wish he was mine, so I could bring him with me. Your advice/opinion?

  2. I am 66 years old. Worked as a registered nurse for 25 years. Now, I have relocated to another state (CA to TN) and I am planning to start a non-profit for people experiencing homelessness. I never think of my age when dreaming about my next venture. Thank you for this convo with Chip Conley.

  3. I'm 55yo and just started my own business. I figured my experience counts for something and I've had to do a deep dive into learning so many new things about marketing in 2020. Exhausting but invigorating!

  4. I'm 63 and bought a tiny, local company to scale 3 years ago. Took on a partner 20 years younger than me and now have 50+ employees all of which are very much younger than I am. I've learned so much from all of them and I've had a chance to help them understand how to scale a business. Now have operations in 9 states and have a valuation 10X+ the original buy. Don't retire – just rewire!

  5. Thanks for sharing this. I’m right at the age Chip pointed out on this podcast. The academy sounds like a place that would help solidify some directional questions that have been coming up. When the student is ready…
