Real estate is way to easy to get into. Most do not understand it's a business and it is your business. I been doing it since 1985. Times in realestate marketing have changed, now with social media it's very different. However not every one who holds a real estate license is a Realtor. Licences are obtained through the state, becoming a Realtor is through NAR. Ethics most real estate agents don't understand or uphold. You can't just jump in when housea sell and quite when they so not. Real estate is more then just showing off homes….
