On this episode of DailyVee, which is particularly long, I had meetings with new hires and a meeting with the VaynerMedia entertainment team. I then finished my day by speaking to some investment students at Columbia.

  1. Team Gary Vee:
Hi, my name is Todd, and I fly drones. I'd really appreciate if one of you super-dope ladies or fellas would take a look at my YouTube channel, linked below. It is called "todd crane nola" and it's all about New Orleans from above!
I am creating this comment with the intents of applying for a drone operator position with your team. Thanks, talk to you soon.
    Regards,
    Todd

  2. I think overall we need to take Gary's advice and network amongst each other like seriously I'm out here in Austin Texas and have ideas and a small but a network that I can probably use and I'd just love if I could link up in person with any of yal that are out here as well so I hope ppl reach out n even if I gotta buy u a coffee a beer or a meal let's get in contact n set something up…plus I'm in Austin sxsw is right around the corner and there's connections and opportunities to b made

  3. You just put my whole career in perspective. talking about working with, or working for b and c players. managing it, and figuring out how to succeed without bitterness and expectation. That's huge, thanks! I wish I had heard this earlier in life. I'm dealing with it still in the business I am building. If that kid listened, you just made his career.

  4. Lol when people try to explain things to Gary, and go on about their situation he's so short and like GET TO THE POINT with his "mmm hmms'. NYC is fast paced, most people can't handle it or think they're rude.

  5. Great to see you engaging with all your employees. you're fully engaged! no looking at email or your phone while your chatting. you can see your energy get up as you keep engaging with them. nice leadership skills bro!

  6. Gary, I'm Venezuelan. I'm SUPER GLAD to hear your opinion about our situation. Right now even if we're in dictatorship i'm grinding on digital marketing, I found a new client yesterday and I'm getting some US dollars through Fiverr.com. It's a lot harder to grind here, but it's not impossible. Wish I can flea the country one day, because I can't wait to apply what this crisis has taught me and how stronger it made me. Keep it up bro!

  7. Love the fact that your all in on running your company like a family (actually care about your employees) as an introvert this is something i have to learn if I'm to reach my ambitions.
