  1. I am sitting late, or rather early in the morning, editing while listening to your show. Ive decided to make 4 music videos for my 20 year younger friend who is a rapper. I am doing it for him and he is doing it for me. I am working on him to start doing Tik Tok amongst other things. I am giving him my month of July to help him succeed. And all is inspired by listening to Tea with Gary Vee! Keep on singing to the world:)

  2. Giving you a different idea here :
I used to struggle with depression since I can think. I went through some traumatic events as well and was experiencing PTSD, waking up not knowing where, who or what I was. I was struggling trying to change it. When I hit the point where it became hard for me to trust my own mind and do things on my own, gladly I ended up finding an answer. And I was ready to die finding it, I just felt that I couldn't stay any longer where I was in life.
So I started studying about health as much as I could.
Somehow I ended up learning about the science of water fasting, gut cleansing, food, chemistry and physics. Most of the food we are eating today is highly toxic. There is almost nothing packaged that I can buy from the supermarket with the knowledge that I have now. (Check out Dr. John Bergmann for health) Happiness begins on your plate. Think about how an anti-depressants and drugs completely change how people feel. In the same way does everything we eat affect us as well. Unfortunately, nobody is talking about how parasites and intoxification cause depression, how nutritional deficiencies like Vitamin D, Magnesium cause depression as well. Please look into people speaking about how water cleansing (with gut cleanse) changes their personality, emotions and releases traumas. Sounds ridiculous but I for my part experienced this to be true.
My personality changed (I was anxious and jittery, nervous, forgetful, fearful and I couldn't access my own thoughts fast enough to speak them up, I used to forget things in the middle of the sentence, felt disconnected but in the process of healing I realized that the person I wanted to became, I was already. I couldn't be myself because of all those toxins in my body. I act differently and I speak differently because I am able to access parts of my brain better) and it was noticeable to the the people around me.

My emotions used to be very sensitive to my surroundings and to people.
Now when I sense bad emotions, I always ask myself "what did I eat, what did I put on my skin?" Checking ingredients and find the culprit always there. I change my emotions supplementing directly with b12 b vitamins and a mineral complex supplement. As soon as I take my supplements the bad emotions go away. Not saying that your outer conditions do not affect your emotions, but with all this in mind, nothing negative in life that ever happens affects me emotionally as much as it used to.
Mind reprogramming didn't work but supplementing did get me thinking thoughts like "I'm happy, I love myself, I'm glad" throughout the whole day.
That's it! You don't have believe this, but just ask yourself what if… just look into it.

    Wishing you health and happiness!
