Awesome Tip: 100% Honesty Leads to Creative Freedom | Inside 4Ds

In a recent 4Ds session Gary touches on the topic of being 100% transparent with your clients and co-workers when running a business. Having that full transparency leaves nothing left to be “found out” and gives the unlimited freedom to create and execute on what you want to. There are also plenty of other business topics covered including firing, resumes, timing and more… Check the comments for all timestamps… Enjoy!

  1. I'm very impressed with Gary here. Right off the bat I'm noticing that he is allowing people to flesh out there thoughts without interruption. It takes lot of humility to recognize short comings and change.

  2. I love Gary, but his comments about Poland get to me sometimes. Gary, wake up. I am polish and live in Poland. Saying you can hire someone for 2 dollars per hour in Vietnam OR POLAND shows that you really have no time to catch up on what is going on in Europe.

Gary, if you want to hire or recommend hiring someone from Poland, please look at your most creative positions. Seriously.

    Have a good day.

  3. For me, understanding time and that Im not too old to start something new, came when I put my age on a chart or timeline. 52 weeks x 100 yrs chart showed me that I still have an enormous amount of time. I just had to see if visually.

  4. Watching Gary curl up and fidget as he tries to keep his attention on slower speakers is hilarious. Can just see him finishing the sentence in his head and trying to press the fast forward button. No wonder he didn't get on well with school, they probably said he has ADHD!

  5. I don't get how people can say they listen to Gary's content and STILL make excuses, care about people's opinions, and not know the exact answer he's gonna give you. I'm empathetic towards the mind of people that value other people's opinions but I don't understand why people talk more than listen

  6. I can relate with Bob. I’m not sure that actually nobody gives a fuck. What when you put out content and underneath every single post, people start s#!ttin on your company even though you have been straightforward but they don’t accept it ? And it is psychologically affecting all the people near you?

  7. Love this Gary. You mentioned time and your age and stuff. I look at it this way every birthday. When I turned 43, I reminded myself that I had already FINISHED 43 years on the planet. I’m not fixin to start my 43rd year. It’s already over baby! Do you ever think about that?

  8. this video is nice you have also provided a good time duration guide below so users could choose the efficient topic they want. but today is the day for the birthday of MK Gandhi and if you know about him so he was a great leader. so a litter talk about him will surely to connect audience across India, and by getting information about him hopefully, others will also like that

  9. @garyvee Ive watch tons of ur videos and every point you make makes so much sense and I think our drive in life are very similar. I have been doing garage saling then I moved up to liquidation sales and that's where I'm at now I've been trying to learn. Some investing tricks before I start investing I want to be prepared but it's just a matter of time before I do I follow ur content closely and watch video multiple times see if I missed anything. I currently work 60-80 hours a week trying to make the money to put in to other things then i also try to manage liquidation pallets I buy and resell to make money on top of that also trying to learn investing by reading books and listening to you I see so many people make there money go home and do it over I want to make money and then make that money make me more. I started this all by working hard and studying business and what works and I've learn alot from you and people you bring on the show my goal right now is to work not stop and one day be on ur show and talk to you and thank you for all the knowledge you have given me I will not waste it I will use it to better my self I decided to take the time and make this comment you probably will never read it but I just want to say thank you

  10. Guy in white shirt: "isnt it interesting how they're hiring kids with social degrees now"

    Gary: doesnt matter.

Guy in white: yep doesnt matter (repeats like meditational mantra)

    That's called following not learning.
