Awesome Tip: Advice for Past, Present, and Future Entrepreneurs | Slime Bash Keynote 2019

As entrepreneurship has become cooler and more people have aspired to become one, Gary has wanted to share with the community what he has seen work and not work based on his experiences. The normalization of entrepreneurship has confused many into thinking entrepreneurship is easy and that anyone can do it, where the reality of entrepreneurship is actually far from that.

  2. Gary's thought about perspective is one that resonates with me so much. When I was younger, life wasnt the best, but on top of that, things would happen to people in my neighborhood and I'd feel genuine empathy for that person and their friends and family. I'd read the paper and would taken aback by some of the stories (I grew up in the Bronx). I now have the same mentality today where I fucking enjoy the shit out of life because I have it GREAT. And so do you! If you're reading this, it means you weren't killed by some asshole who decided to shoot up a Walmart. It means you have the ability to afford a cell phone or computer. Life is fucking great. Get some perspective and stop bitching.

  3. 20:12 "Fake environments are destroying their actual confidence" referring to our kids being protected/prevented/spared from failing –
Gary, its real comments like this that I feel your audience connects with! And your delivery is raw and refreshing!
    Thanks for being you!

  4. "Give a million dollars to someone who does not possess the attitude of a millionaire and that person will most likely lose it. But take away all the wealth from a true millionaire and in no time he or she will build a new fortune. Why? Because those who earn their millionaire status develop the skills, knowledge, and experience to duplicate the process again and again. As you can see…. when someone becomes a millionaire, the LEAST important thing is what hey have. The MOST important thing is what they have become." – Jim Rohn

  5. Hi Gary, I fucking love every breath you take. You are adorable and sweet. Your family is very lucky to have to put up with your shit. lmao I love hearing your story and the more you curse the more confident I feel with who I am as a girl from Brooklyn. I feel like we're connected through that New York air I feel you words as if I was talking to a homeboy of mine it's very nostalgic and inspiring at the same time.

  6. At the first time I heard you, you said "…Remember your father and mother had sex 3 minutes ago to have you…", I turned off the video immediately because I thought it was rude. But look! I'm addicted to your content every day. Thank you so much for the day I know you!!!
