This man just laid off 40k humans even though he's worth over a billion dollars. He could give every one of those people a quarter of a million dollars and still be a multi-millionaire, but he won't even cover them for a couple of months. I hope he's skinned alive.
The irony is: you famously call Steve Jobs an asshole… while being the biggest asshole on this show yourself, seriously. I am a huge fan but it was unwatchable.
Gary missed one very important thing because he didn’t read the book. Shut up and listen is about listening to the customers. Gary would’ve whole heartedly agreed with that if he knew why the book had that title. Great interview otherwise. Thanks.
