Awesome Tip: How Do You Know You Are Meant to Be an Entrepreneur? | Destination Happiness Interview

People are always hesitant to start something new or follow a path of uncertainty. They are worried about failing or wasting their time pursuing something they are not good at. The reality is if you don’t at least try, you will never know if it was meant for you to do. All that time dwelling and pontificating on what to do could be spent on actually trying and figuring out if its right for you.

  1. Gary, I fucked up. In short I have a 14yo daughter and a 12yo son. I was unfaithful to their mom due to being unhappy in my marriage and with myself, and am now divorced, much like my parents before me multiple times over. I swore I wouldn't do it to my family but I did. I now have an amazing (much younger) girlfriend and because of that, I honestly don't regret the fucked up path that I took to get to her because she is an amazing person and has been a great match for me. The problem I have, and it hurts BAD, is that my daughter wants nothing to do with me and actually just told me today that she hates me. I know that time heals wounds and situations like this. How do I balance my personal happiness, which is what and why I got myself where I am vs being there for them. It's very difficult to do when she doesn't want me. I needed to get out of the negative unhappy marriage and household but I did it wrong. Yet, as I said I am much happier in myself and my relationship, but not having my child in my life (as of now) crushes me. How can I move on and let time do its thing?

  2. MODERN SCHOOLS are designed to Produce Obedient Workers,Always Depended on others to being told what to do next.. Smart enough to show up on time and follow the simple rules, But dumb enough to question those rules and be Self-sufficient

  3. sir,i dont know i heard your story correctly or not !!
see, your dad had a great company of wine,he was great then without internet so… think so hard it was
and you made more profits due to internet at use ! and still your dad is great
so,you got nice backup (money) so,thats how you started your companies into billion dollor

but practically that does nt work with other to leave their shit college and go become entrepreneure right! without backup

  4. I've been using Gary's advice as a school teacher, martial artist, meditator and dealing with life. I have been astounded at how much it has improved my life and really dramatically! I look forward to taking more of his life and how to share my passions and love for others and myself in the future!

  5. Ha Ha! Gary – don't feel pressured into becoming a Geelong fan now 😉 One of the Adelaide teams might be better suited to your sporting underdog ethos. The big G cap is pretty suitable though, have to admit 🙂

  6. I'm 47 and my birthday present was full-timing it in my own business. A collection of ideas that had been rattling around in my head for years, but didn't make sense until now. I can't imagine doing anything more fulfilling than this.
