Too many people have decided that success is strictly a reflection of someone’s financial prosperity and has nothing to do with how they got there or how happy they are doing their job for a living. It is so much more important to Gary that you are happy every day that he believes most people would be much better off taking a pay cut from the job they hate and instead pursuing what they actually love.
