Secret to happiness do what you want to do in life follow your passion don’t care what “ society” want of you. It’s your life and you only have one. If you follow what society want from you then you will never Be happy true happiness following your ambition. And dreams. Don’t be sheep
Following that, some say meaning of life is blah blah and not happyness, now I cant remember the great ladies (actress name) but she was asked and she said straight up, "The meaning of life is to be happy". We dont have to rip that a part, hapyness is many things, family, contribution to something, etc etc. So if we can be selfish for a minute and learn what makes us happy, we no longer question our existance. We ALL have different versions of what makes us happy so to preach what makes you happy is a waste of time, its 2018 not 200BC, people are not that dumb to know what is happyness
There is no secret to happiness. Happiness is an emotion not a destination. Even people like Gary feel sad at times, sometimes we need to accept our emotions and not lie about full time happiness. It’s alright to be sad, it’s alright to go through bad times, accept it but understand that these emotions come and go like seasons. If you are unhappy, stay strong, it will pass. You will see happier days.

There are thousands of reasons around to make you sad/depressed, But happiness does not require a reason. It is a choice. You can find happiness in the simplest of things that you ignore in your day to day life. These are the mindset of two different people while eating their favourite food , 1) Its so tasty. 2) It will make me gain weight etc. See? Person one is happy because he choose to be like that. Have A Good Day 🙂
