    Of late I’ve been enjoying a relatively inexpensive wine from Australia. Jacobs Creek Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon.

  3. Great episode ! Can't say I have tasted this particular Barolo producer, but in general I feel like the 2015 vintage of Barolo needs time to open up, 2-3 hours in a carafe/decanter.
