  1. while your message is respectable, it's also harmful. Don't tell people positivity is perspective and such. Trying harder doesn't pay my bills any better, nor can you go a lifetime with mental illness, and just tell yourself to be positive. Try to be more realistic with all walks of life not just what your used to. It would probably be good to have some sort of message on your videos saying this worked for me but it probably won't help you. Honesty is the best policy right?

  2. Gary this is interesting cause my brain works differently, I have to tell me myself I'm not good enough to push myself harder and prove my worth. But on a 'macro level' as you say, I do generally like myself.
